Release notes for DAVAdmin 0.2

The goal of DAVAdmin 0.2 was to provide a fully internationalizable release of the software. It has the following new features

• better help for initial configuration
• support for translatable PHP and JavaScript code with GNU gettext
• support for translatable page templates (Smarty)
• complete support for English and German language
• JQuery has been updated to version 1.2.1

Some smaller bugs got fixed in this release too:
